Commission Refund Policy
Refund rules for custom haptic script commissions, quote review, work start, delivery, and limited exceptions.
Digital product notice
Digital product. Scripts only. Videos not included. All sales are final after access or delivery.
Custom digital work
- Commission deliverables are custom haptic scripts. Scripts only. Videos not included.
- Custom work is non-refundable once work has started.
- Delivered files are final sale.
Before work starts
- Before work begins, cancellation or refund requests may be reviewed individually.
- Any approved refund will be handled through the original payment method where available.
After work starts
- Once scripting has started, the custom time, review, and motion design work is not refundable except for limited individually reviewed exceptions.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind, changed preference, platform issues, unsupported external media, or expecting videos to be included.
After delivery
- Delivered files are accepted digital goods and final sale.
Creator-owned private source
- Creator-owned private source content, creator endorsement, or creator promotion belongs in the Creator Program, not a standard commission request.
- Creator Program source videos require signed agreement plus required upfront payment before upload/access/work.
