Core rules for Velvet Kinetics accounts, script-only digital access, Patreon membership, commissions, creator partnerships, affiliates, and testers.

General Membership Terms

Velvet Kinetics provides digital haptic motion scripts. Scripts only. Videos not included.
Patreon handles its own membership access, billing, moderation, refunds, and platform rules.
Supporters do not need a Velvet Kinetics account to join through Patreon.
All eligible digital script sales are final after access or delivery.

Standard commission requests are one-off paid custom haptic script requests from customers or fans. They do not include creator promotion, creator endorsement, discount/referral campaigns, or public release unless separately approved.
Standard commission customers must have legal access or reference rights for the video they ask Velvet Kinetics to script against.
Requests involving private creator-owned source content, creator promotion, or creator endorsement must go through the Creator Program instead of the regular commission form.
Custom digital script work is final sale once work has started or files are delivered, subject only to any published refund-exception process.

Creator Program work is for verified adult creators, studios, rights holders, or authorized representatives seeking authorized VK script support and platform-safe mutual promotion.
Creator Program work requires 18+ applicant confirmation, ownership/authorization, adult-performer consent, rights-authority, limited private use, privacy, prohibited-content, and final-sale confirmations before submission.
Creator Program source videos require an accepted agreement plus required upfront payment before upload, access, review, or work.
Velvet Kinetics must not host, sell, reupload, embed, distribute, unlock, or include creator-provided video. Scripts only. Videos not included.
Approved creator visibility may use SFW creator names, approved logos/profile images, creator mentions, script naming, discount/referral codes, and external creator profile links only.

Affiliate participation requires a program account, truthful application details, and clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship when promoting Velvet Kinetics.
Affiliate commissions, referral attribution, payout review, reversals, and holds are admin-reviewed and subject to anti-abuse controls.
Affiliate participation can be rejected, suspended, reversed, or revoked for abuse, misleading promotion, policy violations, or platform-risk concerns.

Tester applications and reports are for The Velvet Lab and do not create employment, cash compensation, or guaranteed access.
Tester rewards are Velvet Kinetics credits, not cash, and are admin-reviewed, non-refundable, non-transferable, and revocable for abuse.
Tester applications do not register devices, verify devices, connect to Intiface, or grant restricted dashboard access until approved where applicable.

Velvet Kinetics accounts are used for affiliates, testers, Creator Program applicants, commission customers, staff, and account support.
Program accounts must accept the Privacy Policy and applicable Terms before private account or program data is stored.
Access to private program areas depends on approval for the relevant program.

Patreon supporter information may exist without a Velvet Kinetics login and may be connected to an account only when needed or requested.
This information may be used for support, referral tracking, access verification, refunds or payment issues, and affiliate commission review.
