Program accounts

Velvet Kinetics accounts are used for affiliate applications, tester participation, Creator Program work, commissions, staff access, and account support.
Patreon supporters do not need a Velvet Kinetics account to join through Patreon.

Velvet Kinetics may receive Patreon information without requiring the supporter to create a Velvet Kinetics login.
This information may be used to verify access, provide support, track referrals, prevent fraud, review payment issues, and connect an account when requested.
Information received from Patreon may include a display name, account identifier, membership status, tier or offer details, transaction or refund status, relevant dates, and support notes.

Before Velvet Kinetics sends a visitor to Patreon from this site, the visitor must accept this Privacy Policy.
Velvet Kinetics stores the date and version of the accepted policy, the link used to reach Patreon, and limited technical information needed to document the choice.
This information may be used for support, referral tracking, fraud prevention, verification, and account connection when requested.

Velvet Verify may collect detected device name, capabilities, feature count, connection method, verification timestamp, anonymous device fingerprint, consent notice version, and whether a test command succeeded.
Velvet Verify does not collect credentials, app passwords, toy control keys, purchase history, receipts, personal photos, video, body images, explicit content, or third-party account data.

Important staff actions may be logged with the person responsible, the action taken, notes, limited technical context, and timestamps.
Accepted policy confirmations are retained as fixed entries and may include limited protected technical information for security and support review.

Creator Program source videos require a signed agreement plus required upfront payment before upload, access, review, or work.
Velvet Kinetics receives only a limited private license to access, view, test against, and create the script from submitted creator content.
Velvet Kinetics does not own, sell, host, provide, distribute, unlock, or include creator-provided video.
