Creator Content Scripting Agreement Notice
A summary of the confirmations required before private creator content can be submitted, reviewed, or used for scripting.

Before content is shared
- This page summarizes the requirements. The actual agreement and payment steps are completed separately before any files are shared or work begins.
- No signed agreement plus full payment, no upload and no work.
Required confirmations
- Creators must confirm that they are 18+, have the required ownership or authorization, have adult-performer consent, can grant the necessary limited-use rights, accept the privacy and video boundaries, and understand the final-sale terms.
- Creator Program source videos require signed agreement plus required upfront payment before upload/access/work.
Content boundaries
- Velvet Kinetics receives only a limited private license to access, view, test against, and create the script from submitted creator content.
- Velvet Kinetics does not own, sell, host, provide, distribute, unlock, or include the creator-provided video.
- Any approved creator visibility must use platform-safe names, logos, profile images, creator mentions, script naming, discount/referral codes, or external profile links only.
