Creator Program Terms

Rules for Creator Program script support, private source content boundaries, full upfront payment where required, final-sale custom work, rights options, and platform-safe promotion.

Digital product notice

Digital product. Scripts only. Videos not included. All sales are final after access or delivery.

Signed agreement and full payment first

No signed agreement plus full payment, no upload and no work.
Creator Program custom script work requires full payment before work begins unless a separate written program agreement says otherwise. Velvet Kinetics does not begin scripting, review private creator content, reserve delivery time, or provide draft files until the agreement is accepted and required payment is complete.
Creator Program work does not promise automated revenue share, 50/50 split, or unpaid speculative work. Any referral, discount, or revenue-share handling must be separately approved and may be manual.

Final-sale custom work

Creator Program custom script purchases are final once work has started. Velvet Kinetics provides custom digital script work, and delivered files are considered accepted digital goods. Once purchased and delivered, the script belongs to the creator under the selected rights option: Creator Buyout or Shared Archive License. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of sales, platform issues, buyer preference, or later business decisions.
Buy it. It's yours, under the selected rights option. Period.
Scripts only. Videos not included.

Private source-content license

Velvet Kinetics receives only a limited private license to access, view, test against, and create the script from the submitted video.
Velvet Kinetics does not own, sell, host, provide, distribute, unlock, or include the creator-provided video.
Velvet Kinetics may not use screenshots, clips, thumbnails, previews, or marketing references from creator content unless separately agreed in writing.

Rights option: Creator Buyout

Creator Program orders have only two rights options: Creator Buyout and Shared Archive License.
Under Creator Buyout, the creator may resell, bundle, or distribute the finished script with the matching creator-owned video.
Under Creator Buyout, Velvet Kinetics does not add, resell, or publicly distribute that script unless separately agreed in writing.

Rights option: Shared Archive License

Under Shared Archive License, the creator may use, resell, bundle, or distribute the script with the matching creator-owned video.
Under Shared Archive License, Velvet Kinetics may also list, sell, distribute, or archive the script as a script-only file.
Shared Archive License archive listings must clearly state: Scripts only. Videos not included.

Platform-safe promotion

Approved Creator Program promotion may use SFW creator names, approved logos, approved profile images, creator mentions, script naming, discount or referral codes, and external links to official creator profiles or storefronts.
Velvet Kinetics does not use explicit thumbnails, explicit previews, hosted videos, embedded videos, or creator content clips in public-facing promotion.
Velvet Kinetics may reject content, copy, links, or categories for legal, platform, brand, age, consent, or rights risk.

Creator Content Scripting Agreement

The Creator Content Scripting Agreement confirms ownership authority, adult-performer consent, rights authority, limited private use, video boundaries, privacy, and final-sale custom work.
Private content cannot be uploaded or accessed, and work cannot begin, until the agreement is accepted and full payment is received.
