Tester Terms
Rules for The Velvet Lab tester applications, device registration, reports, admin review, non-cash credits, and abuse handling.
Digital product notice
Digital product. Scripts only. Videos not included. All sales are final after access or delivery.
Tester program scope
- Tester access is for approved Velvet Kinetics program accounts.
- Tester assignments, device readiness, compatibility notes, and reports are admin-reviewed and do not guarantee credit, payment, or ongoing access.
Credits are not cash
- Tester credits are non-cash, admin-reviewed, non-refundable, non-transferable, and revocable for abuse.
- Credits can support internal Velvet Kinetics benefits only; they are not wages, cash payout, stored value, or transferable balance.
Device verification
- Velvet Verify confirms device/test readiness, not full compatibility scoring, guaranteed assignments, or automatic credit.
- Tester pages should be read with the Device Verification Notice and Credit Redemption Policy.
Reports and conduct
- Reports must be accurate, non-explicit, and based on devices or setups the tester owns or can legitimately test.
- Velvet Kinetics may suspend, reject, revoke credits, archive records, or request more information for abuse, unreliable reports, unsafe device behavior, misleading claims, or policy violations.
